Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $100 USD will have Worldwide FREE shipping.

How can i pay?

We have a wide variety of payment methods — Visa, Mastercard and Gift Cards.

Please note that payment is subject to validation and authorization.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after being placed.

If you cancel your order, you can get a Store Credit for the same amount in your account within 2 - 3 business days or you can request a refund which may take up to 10 - 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?

Depending on your country products may be subject to duties and additional taxes. These additional taxes are the sole responsibility of the client.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Where can I start a return?

To start a return you can send us an email to hello@summerpolitan.com with your order number and details
so we can assist you.

Are returns free?

At the moment returns are not free. All shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are responsibility of the client.

Can I return sale items?

All items purchased from our sale section are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Feel free to reach out to hello@summerpolitan.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.

Are shipping charges refunded when I return an item?

No, shipping charges are not refunded.
